Turnkey Solutions

Axiam delivers turnkey solutions to its customers. Once a repeatable assembly process is developed, it is installed at the customer's site by a field engineer. On-site training is conducted in the proper use of this repeatable process so that the operators are able to build assemblies on their own.

The turnkey solution process begins with the measurement of prepared engine parts and ends with a verification procedure that the build matches the predictive model (i.e. it is the best build possible from those parts) before being sent to the balance machine operation. In effect, the customer is responsible for assembling engines while Axiam is responsible for installing the repeatable process, training operators on its use and then maintaining the repeatable process so that the customer continues to enjoy maximum performance and benefits from the process.
