Axiam's technical support staff is available at a 24-hour help desk for prompt response to technical issues via telephone. On-site emergency response, as required, is provided with the highest priority. Axiam guarantees system up-time by as much as 99+ percent, excluding planned maintenance.
During planned annual visits, a number of services are provided including system maintenance, installation of any software updates and upgrades, re-calibration of your measurement systems and updating of procedures. Axiam has found that this practice is crucial in the maintenance of repeatable assembly processes and the prevention of emergency visits. Refresher training for operators is also included during these planned visits.

System Calibration & Certification
Axiam uses its proprietary Gauge System Certification 3D-Master to verify system performance of the hardware and software. This master has been certified by various engine manufacturers, including Pratt & Whitney and General Electric. This master is designed to check all combinations of probe definitions. All software and hardware systems are checked for accuracy and repeatability. Individual probe calibrations are performed using a certified set of gauge blocks traceable to NIST. Axiam provides system calibration, verification, and certification as part of its Technical Service and Support Programs. Customers may chose to perform their own calibration and verification more frequently through the purchase of Axiam's Certification System 3D-Master and certified gauge blocks.
